The Italian Cooperation has recently approved a multilateral contribution in favor of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) based in Rome, for the financing of the “Summer School 2022”. The aim is to offer theoretical-practical training to jurists of the legislative offices of Ministries, public defenders and magistrates from African countries, in order to increase knowledge on private law instruments.
A limited number of scholarships (in amounts up to 2,500 Euros) will be granted as a contribution to the travel and accommodation costs to attend the “Summer School 2022″. In order to ensure maximum inclusion, female and disabled applications are particularly encouraged. Compatibly with the developments of the current pandemic, the first edition of the ”Summer School” will be held from 20 June to 22 July next, in English, with two weeks of virtual format and three weeks at the headquarters of the UNIDROIT Institute in Rome.
