The Consular office is opened to the public : For Passport/Aire /civil status from Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm
For Legalisation and translation Mondays from 9 am to 12 pm and Tuesdays from 12 pm to 3 pm
Visas for Business / Invitation / Study /Mission /Tourism : Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm
Visas for family reunification / work: Tuesdas from 9 am to 12 pm
Visas can be collected on Sundays from 11 am to 2 pm
Given the large number of requests and the limited number of requests that the Office can accept, it is strongly recommended to book an appointment directly with the Visa Office by e-mail (visa.ambkhartoum@esteri.it)
