  1. Duly\u00a0completed\u00a0application form<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0or available for collection from the Embassy – (free of charge).<\/li>\n
  2. Two<\/strong>\u00a0recent colour photograph (white background<\/i>).<\/li>\n
  3. Original passport (with a validity of at least three months after the expiry date of the requested Visa and a minimum of 2 blank pages), together with copies of relevant pages including any previous Schengen, UK, Canadian or USA visas.<\/li>\n
  4. Non-Sudanese citizens must hold a valid residence permit and exit\/re-entry visa;<\/li>\n
  5. Proof of valid means of travel (flight reservation for the whole period of stay in the Schengen area);<\/li>\n
  6. Proof of available lodging in Italy: tourist vouchers, confirmed hotel reservations, invitation letter (copy of which is available from the Visa Office) etc.;<\/li>\n
  7. Proof of financial means (bank statements,\u00a0with the cover letter<\/strong>, of the 12 months prior to the date of Visa application, credit cards, sponsorship letter etc.);<\/li>\n
  8. Proof of property ownership (i.e. deeds of property issued in the past three months \u2013 rental contracts etc.)<\/li>\n
  9. Proof of employment (letter from employer confirming:
