Schengen States: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Duly\u00a0completed\u00a0application form<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0or available for collection from the Embassy – (free of charge).<\/li>\n
  2. Two<\/strong>\u00a0recent passport size colour photograph (white background<\/i>).<\/li>\n
  3. Original passport (with a validity of at least three months after the expiry date of the requested Visa and a minimum of 2 blank pages), together with copies of relevant pages including any previous Schengen,\u00a0UK, Canadian or\u00a0USA\u00a0visas. Non-Sudanese citizens must hold a valid residence permit and exit\/re-entry visa.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Proof of valid means of travel (flight reservation for the whole period of stay in the Schengen area).<\/li>\n
  5. Proof of available accommodation (i.e. confirmed hotel reservations) if not included in invitation letter from the Italian company.<\/li>\n
  6. Letter of invitation from the Italian company<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(facsimile available at the Embassy<\/i>); or an invitation from a firm or an authority to attend meetings, conferences or events connected with trade, industry or business. Invitations MUST be sent by the Italian Company directly to the Embassy before the date of the appointment.<\/li>\n
  7. Other documents which prove the existence of trade relations or business purposes (i.e. recent invoices following purchases of goods, bill of lading etc.).<\/li>\n
  8. If attending fairs and congresses: invitation\/entry tickets.<\/li>\n
  9. Documents proving the applicant’s employment and position within the company (i.e. employer\u2019s letter specifying the reason of the journey, applicant\u2019s salary, position in the company, beginning and duration of the employment contract).<\/li>\n
  10. Documents proving the business activities of the Company (i.e.; Company\u2019s Registration Certificate, business licence, Chamber of Commerce Certificate and\/or company\u2019s profile, etc.).<\/li>\n
  11. Bank statement,\u00a0with cover letter<\/strong>, of the Company\u2019s and the applicant\u2019s account for the\u00a0last twelve months<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  12. Travel medical insurance (original and one copy<\/strong>) for all Schengen Countries with a minimum coverage of \u20ac30,000 for emergency hospitalization and repatriation expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
