GO TO ON-LINE BOOKING SYSTEM<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

APPOINTMENT<\/strong>
\n\u2022\u00a0In order to lodge a visa application, you are kindly required to book an appointment through the<\/p>\n

ON-LINE BOOKING SYSTEM<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Kindly note that each applicant can lodge 1 application only.
\n\u2022\u00a0Remember to print your booking receipt with date and time of your appointment and to present it at the entrance of the Embassy on the day of your appointment.
\n\u2022\u00a0Cancelling an appointment is not permitted. No-shows will not be granted further appointments in a short period of time.
\n\u2022\u00a0Visa applications may be submitted up to 6 months before expected departure date.
\n\u2022\u00a0The Visa processing for Sudanese passport holders\u00a0may take up to 2 weeks from acceptance of application and fingerprinting.<\/p>\n

Applicants who will not be in a position to collect their passports personally are required to fill in the\u00a0attached form<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>authorizing a third party to do so on their behalf.<\/p>\n

Please take note of the opening hours of the Visa Section<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Business\/Invitation\/Mission\/Study\/Tourism<\/strong>: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
\n\u2022\u00a0Family Reunion\/Work<\/strong>: Tuesdays from 9 am to 12 noon.
\n\u2022\u00a0Visa pick up from Sunday till Thursday from 12 noon to 1 pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

DOCUMENTS AND PROCEDURES<\/strong>
\n\u2022\u00a0Please read the list of documents to be presented for the type of visa required very carefully on the web site \u201c\u00a0A VISA FOR ITALY<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0“and make sure to submit all necessary documents on the day of your appointment.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0You must print the\u00a0ON LINE APPLICATION FORM(FULL NAME AS PER PASSPORTS)\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and fill it in. Do not forget to sign it.
\n\u2022\u00a0You are kindly requested to provide\u00a0originals and a copy of all documents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0The Embassy reserves the right to request applicants to submit further documentation.<\/strong>
\n\u2022\u00a0Applicants may not delegate others to represent them, but must appear personally on the day of their appointments to submit the documents and provide their\u00a0fingerprints<\/strong>\u00a0(in case a short-term visa is required). Fingerprints will not be taken in any one of the following cases:
\n–\u00a0children younger than twelve years of age;
\n–\u00a0applicants who are physically unable to be fingerprinted;
\n–\u00a0Heads of State and Government as well as members of national Governments including their accompanying spouses and members of their official delegation if they have been invited by Governments of member States or by international organizations for official events.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Incomplete application forms which have not been duly filled-in in all fields, as well as those with missing documentation will not be accepted and will not be processed.
\n\u2022\u00a0Applications which contain\u00a0false<\/strong>\u00a0information or which are accompanied by\u00a0forged<\/strong>\u00a0documents will be refused. Forged documents will be handed over to the relevant Sudanese authorities for criminal prosecution.<\/p>\n

FEES FOR A VISA TO ITALY<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Applicants are kindly requested to bring with them the\u00a0exact SDG amount payable\u00a0<\/strong>for the type of visa they are requesting in cash only.<\/strong>
\n\u2022\u00a0Payment is due for processing and administration costs of each visa application, regardless of the final decision.<\/p>\n

VISA COLLECTION<\/strong>
\n\u2022\u00a0No on-line booking is necessary for collecting visas.
\n\u2022\u00a0On the day of your appointment, the Visa office will let you know when to collect your passport.
\n\u2022\u00a0Visa applicants may delegate in writing, on the day of their appointment, another person to collect the passport on their behalf.<\/p>\n

APPOINTMENT FOR A FAMILY REUNIFICATION VISA<\/strong>
\n\u2022\u00a0Appointments for family reunification visas may be requested directly at the visa office every Tuesday from 09.00 am to 12:00 am.<\/p>\n

GENERAL INFORMATION<\/strong>
\n\u2022\u00a0There is no legal right to a visa. The final decision on the issuance of all visas depends exclusively on the Embassy, regardless of documents presented and fees paid.
\n\u2022\u00a0Information on visa requirements and procedures can be provided exclusively by official staff of the visa section at the Embassy and by the Embassy web-page.\u00a0Please do not address anybody outside the Embassy in search for information and do not trust any person pretending to be able to give you information or to sell you a visa. Should such cases occur, please report the incident to the staff of the visa section<\/i>.
\n\u2022\u00a0All applicants who are issued with a visa are kindly requested to read carefully\u00a0RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF FOREIGN CITIZENS WHO ENTER ITALY<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n
