VI edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World ( 22-28 Novembre 2021 )

“Tradition and perspectives of Italian Cuisine: Awareness and enhancement of food sustainability” is the theme of the 6th edition of the annual thematic festival dedicated to the promotion of fine Italian cuisine and agri-food products, promoted by the network of Embassies, Consular Offices, Italian Cultural Institutes and ICE Offices abroad.
