APPOINTMENTS:

  • In order to lodge a visa application, you are kindly required to book an appointment through the ON - LINE BOOKING SYSTEM
  • PLEASE note that each applicant can lodge 1 application only.
  • REMEMBER to print your booking receipt with date and time of your appointment and to present it at the entrance of the Embassy on the day of your interview.
  • CANCELLING an appointment is not permitted. No-shows will not be granted further appointments in the short term.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • A newly introduced Italian software feature named E@pplication now allows applicants to fill in their Schengen visa request forms on line.
  • The application forms must be filled with Full Name (as in the passport) and be duly completed in all fields. The 5 pages should then be printed, signed and submitted on the date of the interview at the Visa Section of the Embassy.

  • Visa applications may be submitted up to 6 months before expected departure date;
  • The Visa processing for Sudanese passport holders may take up to 2 weeks from acceptance of application and fingerprinting;
  • Applicants who will not be in a position to collect their passports personally are required to fill in the attached form authorizing a third party to do so on their behalf.
