The Commercial office is opened to the public: Sunday-Thursday from 10 am to 3 pm after seeking an appointment.

The Consular office is opened to the public : For Passport/Aire /civil status from Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm
For Legalisation and translation Mondays from 9 am to 12 pm and Tuesdays from 12 pm to 3 pm
Visas for Business / Invitation / Study /Mission /Tourism : Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm
Visas for family reunification / work: Tuesdas from 9 am to 12 pm
Visas can be collected on Sundays from 11 am to 2 pm
Given the large number of requests and the limited number of requests that the Office can accept, it is strongly recommended to book an appointment directly with the Visa Office by e-mail visa.ambkhartoum@esteri.it


The email appointment’s request must contain the following elements:

Name / the applicant/s

Passport number

Type of visa

phone number

Scheduled departure date

Remember that a visa can be applied up to three months before the expected date of departure and that the procedures for authorization to issue a visa can take up to two weeks from the date of actual submission of the application and accompanying documentation.
A newly introduced Italian software feature namedE-@pplication now allows applicants to fill in their Schengen visa request forms online. The application forms, duly completed in all fields, should then be printed, signed and submitted on the date of the interview at the Visa Section of the Embassy.

Calendar of Holidays 2018
The Embassy observes 11 annual holiday split between Sudanese and Italian holidays. Italian holidays are fixed, while the Sudanese people gave variable. Holidays for the year 2018 are as follows:
